The Board is pivotal to charting the strategic course and direction of Decal Group of Companies and its advancement into international markets. The Board is expected to exercise its powers objectively and independently. The size of the Board, the standing members of the Board in the business community, their experiences, knowledge and expertise provide for effective decision-making and direction-taking to enable the Group to achieve its vision and mission. Meeting on a regular basis, the Board oversees the business affairs, approves financial objectives and reviews business strategies with constant monitoring of the Group’s performance.

The Group has adopted a Code of Business Conduct to regulate the standards and ethics conduct of the Group, ensuring a high standard at all times. All the employees of Decal are required to observe and maintain high standards of integrity and regard for the dignity of others.
